Please set your desired date/time when purchasing. Or, set it on My Page after purchasing. 

※ If you wish to use the shuttle, please select the shuttle option and pick-up and drop-off locations.
※ If your requested time is sold out,
your ticket will be issued 30 minutes before or after your requested time. ※ 
If your ticket is unavailable 30 minutes before or after your requested time, you will be contacted by email. ※ For same-day reservations, please specify the date and time   and contact the Tamis Customer Center
. A reservation confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your reservation request.
Please arrive at the meeting location 45 minutes prior to your reservation time to check in.

🚌How to use the shuttle
Please pay attention to the tour reservation time.
- Shuttle departure time 7:00: Request available for participation in the program after 9:30
- Shuttle departure time 8:00: Request available for participation in the program after 11:00
- Shuttle departure time 10:00: Request available for participation in the program after 12:45

When making a reservation, please enter the English name on your ID card exactly as it appears.
You must check in on-site at least 45 minutes before the tour by presenting a physical or photo ID.
※ Please note that if the English name information does not match, your tour may be denied, no refunds will be given, and we are not responsible.
To ensure a smooth experience, please make a reservation 4-7 days in advance.
Operations may change depending on the season or special occasions.   Please check the official website
before your visit. Please follow the guide's instructions. Neither the company nor the guide is responsible for any accidents that occur if you leave the tour.
You are responsible for the personal care of all personal belongings, including valuables. The company and the guide are not responsible for any loss.
The tour will proceed rain or shine, and the itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, or other events.
Restroom access is not available during the tour. Please use the restrooms beforehand.
This tour is conducted entirely in English.
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older, and all drivers must present a valid driver's license at check-in.
Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times during the tour.
Shuttles and vehicles to Kualoa Ranch are not included.

If you drive yourself, you can have up to 6 people in one vehicle.

If you ride in a vehicle driven by a guide, a maximum of 5 people, including the guide, can ride in one vehicle.
