🕝Operation Guide

Theater name:   New Amsterdam Theatre
Running time:  Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes (including a 15-minute intermission)

✏️How to use

Please confirm the date, time, number of participants, and seating area before purchasing. Please check your reservation details in the email titled "Your order has been completed." Then, follow the steps below to confirm your ticket.
 

1. Click the Ticketmaster URL link in the email sent from yourtickets@broadwayinbound.com within 1 hour of purchase.
2. On the screen that opens, click CLAIM TICKETS.

3. Sign up or log in to Ticketmaster. You'll need to verify your phone number or email address when signing up. (Both Korean and US numbers are accepted.)

4. After logging in, you can check the barcode required for entry.

※ Barcode recognition is not possible with a screenshot, so be sure to show the actual screen to the staff upon entry. 

Please arrive at the theater 30 minutes before the performance time on the day of your performance .

 

 

⚠️Note

Please purchase tickets according to the number of people, regardless of age. Seating on your lap is not permitted.

If multiple people are attending, please select the number of people at once and add them to your cart. If you add tickets separately, you will not be able to reserve seats together.

Entry will not be permitted if you are late for the performance start time. Please be on time.

If you do not enter your English name correctly when purchasing, your ticket will not be issued.

⁉️Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What do orchestra, mezzanine, and rear mezzanine mean?
- The orchestra is on the 1st floor, the mezzanine is on the 2nd floor, and the rear mezzanine is on the 3rd floor.
Q2. My assigned seat numbers are not consecutive. Are they not side-by-side?
- Seat numbers are assigned odd-numbered to the left of the stage, and even-numbered to the right. The seat next to 1 is 3, the seat next to 2 is 4, and so on.
Q3. I didn't receive my ticket email from Tamis.
- Both the voucher email and ticket email are sent by Broadway (broadwayinbound). If you can't find them, please check your spam folder.
Q4. The QR code isn't activated.
- If the QR code isn't activated or you haven't received the email before the show starts, please present your voucher at the theater box office to receive your physical ticket and then enter.
Q5. Is there a dress code?
- There is no separate dress code.
Q6. Is there an intermission?
The musical is divided into two acts, with an intermission of approximately 15 minutes after the first act.
Q7. Are there any specific seats you would recommend?
- The more expensive the better, but I recommend the Front Orchestra/Orchestra/Front Mezzanine sections.
